The diodes on this LED band sit extra tightly (about 0.8 mm between each diode), thereby providing an even uniform light over the entire length of the band. Used with our alloy rails with e.g. matte or semi-matte glass, the light will seem more like a long strip of light. This LED band is suitable for all places where indirect uniform lighting is desired. See the various applications below.
The strip has self-adhesive tape and can therefore be glued to smooth surfaces. If the tape is to be installed on wooden surfaces, we recommend using aluminum rails between the tape and the surface.

Application

Kitchen - as secondary lighting that can help boost existing lighting, for example a strip light under cabinets that provides more direct light down onto the kitchen worktop. The strip gives a nice even light - particularly suitable with our aluminium shelves with frosted or semi frosted glass.
The living room - as secondary lighting in e.g. ceiling or along shelves.
Hallway and entrance - as secondary uniform lighting under stairs and stairs or along ceilings or plinths.
The bathroom - as secondary lighting, where the light strip is laid along the ceiling or wall and gives a nice even flow of light.
Along the ceiling - as secondary lighting to create a uniform cozy lighting in living rooms, rooms, bedrooms, hallways, offices etc.
